しりぬけ【尻抜け】

1 〔忘れっぽいこと〕 forgetfulness.

●あいつは尻抜けだから一度にたくさんの用事は言いつけられない. The guy's forgetful, so you can't tell him at one time lots of things to do.

2 〔物事のまとまりをつけないこと〕 leaving things unfinished

・あの男は何をやっても尻抜けだ. He never finishes what he starts doing.
